The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returns, including shipping, any declarations and customs duties. These must be prepaid for us to accept the package and issue a refund. For more information, please contact your carrier.
Exchanges are not possible if you reside outside of Sweden; you may only return your item and make a new order.
