Docksta Shoe Factory is a long-established family business that has existed for over a century on the High Coast. When the working day is over, we are greeted by magnificent views overlooking the sea and Skule National Park as a backdrop. We enjoy working here and spending our free time.

Our vision is to take Docksta to the world and the world to Docksta. Today we sell our products all over the world, but we find it most enjoyable when people from different parts of the world visit us in our store. We are passionate about the personal encounter and every person has an interesting story to tell. We call it taking the world to Docksta, but the expression encompasses more.

Our goal is to maintain and develop shoe production in Sweden. We collaborate with the shoemaking training in Övertorneå for new recruitment and employ new Swedes who often bring knowledge in craftsmanship. Our employees have roots from Sweden, Germany, Spain, Moldova and Syria. Integration is close to our hearts and we know that diversity leads to growth. For us, this is also an expression of bringing the world to Docksta.

Northern craftsmanship is known for its quality. Our products last for many years and for us it is sustainability. A large part of our raw material also comes from Sweden and most customers are located here, which gives us short transport times. We try to minimize material waste which is instead used for other smaller products sold in our factory store. Sustainability for us is when people and the environment can find an interaction over time.

As the owner and operator of Docksta sko, I am proud of the solid craftsmanship and knowledge that our team possesses and the products that bear our name. I hope that you, as a customer, will share that pride when you wear them.
