Our prices
All our prices include VAT.
Delivery
We will ship your order the same day or the following day at the latest on weekdays. If the product is not in stock, we will notify you via email or phone. The manufacturing time can vary between 1-3 weeks. Please check your email after ordering for order confirmation or a message from us. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder first before contacting us.
During holidays and the holiday season, delivery times may be slightly longer if the desired shoes are not in stock as the factory closes during the Christmas break and for the July holiday. The factory store and customer service are open all summer and we ship shoes every weekday year-round for online sales.

Shipping
Shipping for international orders varies depending on the country.
Unclaimed package
Unclaimed goods will be invoiced with a shipping and handling fee of SEK 400 to the person placing the order. This fee covers our shipping cost round trip to the agent as well as an extra handling fee charged by carrier.
Right of withdrawal
During Black Week and Christmas, extended open shopping is valid until January 6th.
You as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within a 30-day cancellation period. The right of cancellation means that you as a customer have the right to return the goods and receive your payment back. This assumes that the goods are unused and in the same condition as when received. The goods must be returned in the original packaging which must be in the same condition as when received.
Keep the following in mind when trying out products.
Only try the products indoors to avoid wear on the outsoles. Wear socks when trying on the shoes to avoid leaving marks from your feet on the insole. If these instructions are not followed, Docksta Sko is entitled to compensation for loss of value as we cannot resell the product to the next customer.
When does the cooling-off period begin?
The cancellation period begins 30 days from the day you, the customer, receive the goods. If the purchase involves several goods that are delivered at different times, the period begins on the day you receive the last item.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Goods that are specially manufactured according to the customer's wishes have no right of withdrawal.

Returns & exchanges
International Returns – Important Information
If you wish to return an item from abroad, please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure the return is delivered directly to our company and not to a pick-up point, service center, or parcel locker.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returns, including shipping, any declarations and customs duties. Exchanges are not possible if you reside outside of Sweden; you may only return your item and make a new order.
1. Use a trackable shipping method
We recommend using a reliable carrier such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or your local postal service with tracking and delivery directly to our business address (not to agents or parcel lockers). Please use the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service or similar. Your carrier can assist you with this.
2. Clearly mark the package as a return
Label the package clearly with “Returned Goods” on the outside and on any customs documentation to avoid customs fees or delays. Please note that customs duties or other charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay these. Unfortunately, Docksta has no ability to influence or take responsibility for these fees.

Important: The return must be delivered directly to this address during office hours.
If the package is sent to a pick-up point, parcel locker, or service center, it will be returned to the sender. Docksta does not take responsibility for any costs, delays, or lost shipments.
4. Return shipping is paid by the customer
You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. We do not accept packages with unpaid postage or customs charges upon delivery.
