A bag from Docksta stands for quality, craftsmanship and genuine material choices just like our shoes. We pay attention to the details and ensure that each bag is manufactured exactly according to the construction method we have chosen and with the results we want to achieve from it.
The design and development of all bags is produced at Docksta shoe factory. Production takes place in collaboration with some of the world's leading factories in Europe and Asia, niched in bag manufacturing and which also produce for major international brands. This is so that we can ensure the highest quality of our products. Docksta does not have the production capacity or the right machines to manufacture advanced designs on bags. There are no factories left in Sweden that can handle it. However, we at Docksta have the right knowledge in material selection, sewing and construction. We still manufacture shoes in Sweden and possess a craftsmanship that is rare today when almost all production takes place abroad.
Docksta shopping bags are made at our factory from leftover material from shoe production. Leather and colors vary throughout the year but always with the same high quality. This somewhat simpler construction can be sewn on our machines in Docksta.

Docksta belts are made from vegetable tanned leather – a more environmentally friendly alternative that is tanned without chrome or other harmful chemicals. Docksta Shoe Factory has been manufacturing boots for over 100 years and the knowledge has been passed down through generations in our factory. Docksta stands for quality, durability and comfort. Today we have seven employees, five of whom work full-time in the factory. The company is still family-owned and the factory is located in the High Coast. Docksta Shoe Factory is Sweden's oldest remaining factory, with an industrial production of tens of thousands of pairs each year.
Docksta only manufactures under its own brand and what we manufacture is sold on our website or in our factory store in Höga Kusten. We also have a few retailers in Sweden that we cooperate with.

Boots
The Höga Kusten boot has been designed primarily for outdoor enthusiasts. This boot is exclusively sold in our factory store in Docksta. It is a shell boot built to accommodate the layering principle with socks. Lightweight and comfortable, it features our own rubber outsole for excellent grip and a felt insole that wicks away moisture while keeping your feet warm. Every part is punched, skived, sewn, pegged, and soled at our Docksta factory. The EVA midsole keeps water out, while the durable leather ensures long-lasting wear. The tongue is stitched all the way from the welt to the shaft for effective snow protection in winter.
Our Chelsea boots are sleek and versatile. These classic boots are perfect for both everyday wear and more formal occasions. With their elastic sides and easy slip-on design, they are both practical and stylish.
Our desert boots are comfortable and lightweight, ideal for relaxed occasions. They offer an unbeatable combination of comfort and style. Made from durable leather with a robust sole, they are built to handle all your adventures.

Our Luddor boots are exceptionally warm, made with high-quality wool felt and our own rubber sole, providing a firm grip on any surface. These boots are exclusively sold in our factory store in Docksta. They are generously sized to accommodate thick wool socks. Every component is punched and sewn at our factory, including the welt, which is cut, skived, and stitched to the upper for improved water resistance. The insole is a thick wool layer that provides warmth, ventilates moisture, and can be removed for drying when needed.
Brogues
Docksta slippers are made in the High Coast. The slippers are comfortable to use both indoors and outdoors and are just as suitable for work as they are for home. If the sole wears out, we can offer repairs to your favorites, which will give your shoes a long life.
Fit:
The upper leather and sole mold nicely to the foot after a short period of use, and the slippers then feel soft and comfortable. The ergonomic heel distributes body weight, which provides better posture and reduces strain on both the back and Achilles tendons.
Size:
Choose the size you usually wear. If you are between two sizes, the smaller one will usually fit better. The heel should be just inside the seam so that the arch cushion fits correctly. This model is especially suitable if you have a wider foot and a high instep.

Clogs
Docksta clogs are a very popular model worn by both girls and boys at work, at home and in the garden. A comfortable model that molds nicely to the foot and with a sagging sole that is comfortable for the lower back. Docksta shoe factory has been manufacturing clogs, or wooden shoes with rubber soles as they are also called, for several decades with an advanced construction method that gives them a long lifespan.
Both Docksta women's and men's clogs are manufactured at the Docksta shoe factory in the High Coast. Our manufacturing moved in 2024 to a newly built factory that we own. There is also a factory store where you can buy our entire range of Docksta clogs.

Ökenkängor är ankelhöga kängor med öppen snörning, oftast i mocka eller läder, och med den karaktäristiska crepesulan i naturgummi. Formen ligger nära chukka-kängan, men ökenkängor kännetecknas just av crepesulan som ger en mjuk och följsam gångkänsla.
En ikon med historia
Den moderna ökenkängan populariserades efter att Nathan Clark inspirerats av lätta, mockaboots med crepesula som bars av brittiska officerare och som såldes på basarer i Kairo. Modellen presenterades på Chicago Shoe Fair 1949 och blev snabbt en tidlös klassiker.

The difference is that nubuck is sanded on the outer surface of the leather, while suede is sanded on the inner layer. Nubuck is a more durable and premium material. Docksta handbags are available in two different models, Cleo and Maxime, and in several colorways. All handbags are made of premium leather that is vegetable tanned, which means they age naturally and beautifully over time.
Docksta Cleo is one of our larger handbags designed for a life on the move but with feet deeply rooted in Scandinavian traditions. For sharp women with character as one customer nicely put it. The handbag has an adjustable shoulder strap, several compartments, one of which has a zipper, and with feet to keep dirt away from the bag when you put it down. Docksta Cleo is available in brown and black leather.
Docksta Maxime comes with a cockiness and takes its place in the room. It is a handbag for women who do not follow trends but set them. The handbag can be carried by the handle or with an adjustable shoulder strap. It holds the most necessary things and is nice for both parties and everyday life. The handbag is available in three colorways black, burgundy and natural and has a molded Docksta emblem.

Docksta shoe factory always strives for high quality and purchases all raw materials and then manufactures our men's slippers from whole leather hides to finished slippers. There are over 30 work steps and requires both craftsmanship and good material knowledge, which our team has acquired after many years in the shoe factory. Most of the leather we use is Swedish vegetable tanned, which is good for both people and the environment.
Docksta Patrik is one of our oldest models that we have manufactured at the factory. A classic that is loved by many and is available in several variations and price ranges. The Docksta Brogues model was developed together with furniture designer Mats Theselius and is very stylish with both a suit and linen trousers in the summer.

Docksta men's sneakers have been in Docksta's range since 2020 and have established themselves as one of our top-selling products due to their comfortable comfort and stylish design. The design and development of the model has taken place at Docksta shoe factory and part of the production takes place in our factory when capacity allows. We then collaborate with a Portuguese factory that manufactures our sneakers under license to ensure that we have time to produce the amount of Docksta men's sneakers that we need annually.
There are seven employees, five of whom work full-time in the factory and produce shoes at Docksta Shoe Factory. The company has been around for over 100 years and is still family-owned. For us, it is important to always maintain high quality, make sustainable choices and continue to develop our craft.

Slippers or slippers are available in a wide variety and also men's clogs which are a comfortable work shoe. Since 2020 we have also manufactured men's sneakers which are now available in several different colors and leathers.
The raw material is purchased from tanneries in Sweden or Europe and from that we can manufacture men's shoes in the premium segment and at a market price. Today we have seven employees, five of whom work in the factory with the production. Docksta only manufactures under its own brand and what we manufacture is sold on our website or in our factory store in Höga Kusten. We also have a few retailers in Sweden that we collaborate with.

Docksta Shoe Factory has been manufacturing shoes since 1923 in the High Coast. As one of the last shoe factories, if not the last, in Sweden, we manufacture our classic and well-known slippers, High Coast hiking boots and our latest additions sneakers and boots. We also manufacture comfortable work shoes such as clogs, unique ankle boots with our own design and winter-warm Luddor which are only sold in our factory store in the High Coast.
We manufacture our shoes from durable leather, often tanned in Sweden. Sole materials such as cork are purchased after the bark has been harvested in Portugal, one of the few cork producers in the world, to achieve the finest quality. Docksta wants to offer premium quality shoes at a market price.
Today we have seven employees and manufacture between 12,000-14,000 pairs per year depending on the models. What we do not have time to manufacture at our factory in the High Coast, we have collaborations with family-owned factories in Portugal that manufacture our models under license. All variants of slippers are manufactured in the High Coast.

We have been making slippers for almost 100 years. A popular model that molds nicely under the foot after a short period of use. There is a wide variety of uppers in both fabric and leather. The Swedish leathers are vegetable tanned which means that only vegetables, i.e. bark in this case, have been used in the tanning process, which is a sustainable alternative for both people and our planet.
Docksta Patrik is our classic men's slippers and Gunilla is our women's slippers. The range has also been expanded with a unisex pair of slippers called Brogues, which is a design collaboration with Mats Theselius. Slippers have many names such as slippers, indoor shoes, slip-ins and mules. Docksta slippers are a familiar name for our customers that stretches back in time to the 50s, which is why we continue to use them. In addition to using them as indoor shoes, they are also great to wear outdoors on sunny summer days, but try to avoid sharp stone surfaces that can damage the outsole.

Docksta boots for girls come in several variants for different purposes. With sturdy Vibram soles with good grip and premium leather that molds nicely to the feet, we ensure that we manufacture durable and comfortable women's boots that last over time. All design and development takes place in Docksta, as well as manufacturing to the extent that there is production capacity. We have seven employees, five of whom work in the factory, which means that we sometimes need help from partners, i.e. in our case, family-owned factories in Portugal that can manufacture the same designs on boots for girls as we do in Sweden, in order to produce sufficient quantities.

The shape is a classic wooden shoe but with a rubber sole that makes it soft and comfortable to stand and work in for a whole working day. The women's clogs come in several different leathers and in two different models, a classic and a ballerina that can be adjusted.
Docksta manufactures shoes that will last a long time. Our women's clogs are manufactured with a more advanced construction compared to simpler models that are only attached to the sole, which provides the conditions for a longer life and more durable products. It takes longer to produce, but the result is significantly better. Docksta Sko has been manufacturing women's clogs for many years and our knowledge gives us the conditions to produce really comfortable and durable shoes.

Design is important to us and we collaborate with several skilled artists and designers. On our canvas shoes, patterns from Emma von Brömssen, Nadja Wedin and Jobs Handtryck adorn our women's slippers Docksta Gunilla. And Docksta Brogues are designed together with furniture designer Mats Theselius. Artist Johanna Roos has drawn our Höga Kusten pattern in watercolor, which we have printed on leather and manufactured several different shoe models from.

Today, we produce Docksta women's sneakers both at our factory in Höga Kusten and under license at a family-owned factory in Portugal. The leather is vegetable tanned, which means it will age beautifully and be usable for many years. The design is stylish with smart interior. The Elise tote bag is our personal favorite, with a little more storage space and can be worn in many different situations. Elise hangs nicely on the shoulder and completes your look.
The Mika envelope bag is a very popular model that fits many different styles. The laptop bag is a unisex model that we sell to more guys but that girls can also wear.
